patented shell systems (The Quick-Set Binder System
and The Megasol® Binder System) have been developed
at this facility in addition to many slurry additives
and products to improve casting surfaces, shell strength
and shell removal.

Buntrock Industries Technology Labs Portland, Oregon
This lab was opened in May, 2000 and concentrates on new
product development for all phases of the investment casting
process. Shell systems for high temperature and reactive
alloys are an area of specialty. Both labs are fully equipped
for binder, refractory and slurry testing and shell system
development. |
